Shambhunath Institute of Pharmacy (SIP) is a sister concerned of Utthan was established in 2006 with a vision to provide quality education to its students. The institute has D. Pharm., B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. courses. SIP is approved from Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), All India Council of Technical Education (AlCTE).New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU}, Lucknow and Board of Technical Education (BTE), Kanpur.
The college offers a 4 year B. Pharm. which teaches Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutics and Pharmacognosy as a part of regular course. Diploma holders in pharmacy are admitted to 2nd Year of the B Pharm. degree course under lateral entry. Our college also offers 2 year M. Pharm., in pharmaceutics and pharmacology to possess a strong scientific and research formulation for scholars by virtue of which highly skilled professionals are blossomed for the service of the nation. This course involved with hospital training, industrial visits, seminars, conferences, workshops to update our faculty, staff and students about the latest technologies across the globe.
The sustained efforts taken by our faculty members brought the idea into fmi1a1ion for the students in all aspects of the pharmaceutical trade, retail, distribution, production, sales, marketing, quality assurance, quality control, medical coding and pharmacovigilance.
The college with its infrastructure and facilities is at the student's disposal to help them to achieve a career as an accomplished pharmacist. The college Management is devoted to provide a challenge and fulfill, learning experience to our students. The highly motivated and well qualified Faculty and staff form the comer stone of our Institution. Under the leadership of Dr Manoj Kumar Mishra, Director, SIP; the institute is experiencing an excellent growth day by clay with the aim to make it a centre of excellence in the field of Pharmacy. Meticulous planning and experience provide a great platform for the uplifting of the organization and provide bright future of our scholars.
